Who am I and why do I know about finding Russian brides?

I am a computer programmer and live in Australia. My wife and I met online in March 2007, in person in June 2007. Lived together in Moscow for 6 months in the first half of 2008 and married in December of that year. We now have a wonderful bouncing baby boy and are very happy.

So are we a Russian Bride success story? Definitely.

I was online involved with Russian bride websites for about 6 months. In that time I tried out about 10 different sites, and got scammed a couple of times for a few dollars by people (no idea who) posting fake profiles. A couple did try to scam me for big amounts but they were easily avoided.

So I reckon I’ve got some valuable experience and I hope you can make use of some of it.
